“During my guide season I don’t even know what my house looks like in the daylight because I spend more time in my boat then everywhere else combined. To row a boat the way I believe they should be rowed is hard on the body but I can guarantee you my body would’ve fallen apart a long time ago if I were rowing any boat but the best, ClackaCraft. Guiding isn’t supposed to be about floating downstream, its supposed to be about putting people in front of fish for as long as possible and as often as possible and our boats help us accomplish this for our guests.
The way these boats draft and handle is second to none and are the only boats I’ll row, and the only boat I want any of my guides or guest to be in. The tunnel hull makes my life so much easier in heavy water and now with the gulf stream bottoms our guests are getting more shots at the structure that other boats fly by. My life happens in a boat so I need it to be the best boat on the water so I row a Clacka.”
